Introduction

"Qasam" is an interactive AI platform.

Using the system means accepting all terms.

Article 1: Definitions

Terms are defined as follows:

System: All software under Ghasaam.ir.
User: Any person using system services.
Content: Texts, images, data in the knowledge base.
Output: AI-generated responses.
Company: Rasa Media Sazan Nikrad.

Article 2: Scope of Services

"Qasam" is a research and cultural tool.

It is not an official political reference.

Article 3: User Rights & Responsibilities

3-1. Users may use free services.
3-2. Use for scientific/cultural purposes only.
3-3. Do not distort outputs.
3-4. Provide correct registration info.
3-5. User is responsible for their private key.

Article 4: Intellectual Property

Knowledge base content belongs to the Publication Office.

Algorithms and design are company IP.

Outputs are citable with source link.

Article 5: Privacy & Data Security

Servers are located in Iran.

Personal data is not sold to third parties.

History can be deleted anytime.

Standard security protocols are used.

Article 6: Restrictions & Red Lines

The following are strictly prohibited:

a) Offensive content.
b) Algorithm manipulation.
c) DDoS attacks.
d) Identity forgery.
e) Using outputs against national security.
f) Systematic republication without source.

Article 7: Reporting Violations

Report via "Report Error" button.

Committee responds within 48 hours.

Article 8: Disclaimer

Company provides no absolute warranty.

User assumes all responsibility.

Article 9: Changes

Company may modify this document.

Continued use means acceptance.

Article 10: Governing Law

This document is governed by Iranian law.

Company is open to negotiation before litigation.
